Refund Policy has an unconditional 90 Day Refund Guarantee on all merchandise purchased online or in our retail stores. All merchandise must be undamaged and in new condition. That means you did not wear it and wash it 5 times before returning it.

We maintain the highest quality of merchandise but many of the items are one of a kind and hand made by the designers. In those cases when a garment is not up to par we can have the designer correct the problem if you would rather take that option than a refund.

All refunds will be returned as purchased. Funds will be credited back to a debit card, credit card or gift certificate. No cash refunds are available on gift certificates after 7 days.

Merchandise can be returned by calling our main office and asking for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The RMA will dispatch one of the shipping services, UPS, FEDEX, US Mail to your location to retrieve the item. The item should be returned in the original packaging if available. If the original packaging is not available the item must be packaged to meet the requirements of the shipping service.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned items and upon inspection of the items.

For our Elite Club Members the refund can be put on a gift certificate for immediate use when the RMA is issued rather than waiting for the merchandise to be returned. Elite Club Members enjoy a host of other perks making frequent shopping much easier and convienient.
